The interviewee was a Canadian woman who ran an organic restaurant in Mexico, so in our house we call this a "Mexican Shower." 1) Run shower for just long enough to get yourself thoroughly wet 2) Turn off water. Soap yourself and lather your hair 3) Run shower for just long enough to rinse off. This ends up using only 1 to 2 minutes' of water.
